Come Ride the Forest Riders Trails! Enjoy the Beautiful Upnorth Country!!
The snow has arrived and it is looking like winter! The Forest Riders Snowmobile trail system has received approximately 8 inches of great new snow! There are a few reports of up to a foot in some areas and it is still snowing!!! The groomers will be out tomorrow in full force maintaining the trails. The weather forecast calls for more snow on Tuesday and Wednesday with temperatures between 20°F to 28°F. The snowmobiling will be excellent! Remember to check on lake ice depths before crossing lakes. Be safe! The trail report will be updated on a weekly basis. If the area receives new snow, the site will be updated at that time with current information on the trail conditions.
The Forest Riders trail system is comprised of many miles of trails through public and private land. Private landowners have generously granted access to their land. With the permission of the landowners, the Forest Riders Snowmobile Club has established and maintained a terrific trail system. Please be respectful of the landowners and stay on the designated trails. It is important to the future of the trail system.
Thanks!
