We are officially in the holiday season!
The tree lighting was so well attended in spite of the cold. It was wonderful to see the Park Rapids community come out in full force. Although we had some technical difficulties with the sound and power, when the tree was lit, it was spectacular! Santa made an appearance and the kids were thrilled! St. Joseph's Hospice was handing out candy canes, the downtown put on a delightful Yuletide Sampler spread and Bob Seifert and family emceed the event. If anyone has pictures of the event, send them to chamber@parkrapids.com and we'll get them up on the blog! Thank you Park Rapids!!
